Agro Allium is located in the Tulum Valley, located in the south central region of the province of San Juan, Argentina.
It is characterized by its desert climate with little rainfall. Representing much of the cultivated area and constitutes the largest area of agricultural and economic significance of the province.
Being garlic the main horticultural crop in San Juan, the valley has optimum ecological conditions for the development of this crop.
